Job description

• This position is part of a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, which provides individual and/or group counseling/psychotherapy for adults, children, couples, families. Our services are for a wide range of communities including international and local Japanese individuals, as well as U.S. military dependents.

We’re looking for people with…

• Prior work experience in mental health institutions.
• Strong ethical standards and familiarity with professional codes of conduct.
• Experience working with patients with: depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD etc.

Language and License Requirements

• Primary working language: Fluent English and/or Japapnese (speaking, reading, writing).
• Certificate: Master’s Degree or higher, or equivalent professional training, in a field of clinical psychology / mental health therapy.
• Valid professional license or certification.

Work Conditions and Benefits

• Working hours: flexible but minimum of two days per week.
• Benefits: ongoing training and learning, VISA sponsorship possible.
