Quick-Test for Adjustment Disorder

Adjustment disorder is a condition in which a person’s difficulty adjusting to a new environment triggers various physical and mental symptoms, which eventually become so severe that they interfere with daily life.

Adolescent symptoms of adjustment disorders may be more behavioral, such as acting out. While adults who experience adjustment disorders tend to exhibit more depressive symptoms.
