Delivery times	Our products are services. Please come visit us at your scheduled time* after completing the payment. We charge the following amount if you are late for the ADHD / ASD testing: 11-20 minutes late: 1500 yen 21-30 minutes late: 3000 yen 31-40 minutes late: 4500 yen *We can’t extend the time for those who are late for therapy.
Exchange & return policy	We can reschedule or give a refund up to 4 days prior to the reserved date. If you contact us 2 or 3 days prior to the reserved date, we can either give you a 50% refund, or reschedule with a 50% additional charge. Please be aware that we can’t reschedule nor refund any later (1 or 0 days before the reserved date). Any refunds, a processing fee of 880 yen will be charged additionally.
